Remarks: This heavily wooded parcel with very marketable timber overlooks Flathead Lake and has gone untouched for more than 50 years. The top of the property has a nice buildable bench and is bordered by Tribal Wilderness which offers endless recreation and ensures no development will occur on the mountain above. Careful thinning would create completely unobstructed views of Flathead Lake. The bottom portion is accessed from a private lane where a dry cabin was built almost a century ago.
